
On-site support
In case of malfunction, our own Call Centre is your initial point of contact. On-site support is
available to you in accordance with your contractually agreed SLAs.
You have one contact person, and thus no further interface leading to loss of information.
After a precise fault analysis by our system engineers, the malfunction is remedied or any
spare parts needed are procured.
After the malfunction has been remedied and tests carried out, the hardware is handed to the
client by the same system engineers.
